Located in the panhandle of Texas, Midland truly is "Your Window to the West." From the annual Scottish-Irish Faire and the downtown Cinco De Mayo cultural celebration to the annual Mex-Tex Cook-Off, there's always plenty to do and eat in Midland! Beat the summer heat or the winter blues by visiting one of a number of museums such as the Blakemore Planetarium or the Yucca Theatre. While it's no surprise Midland is home to the Petroleum Museum, it's worth knowing that Midland also hosts the only PGA sponsored golf tournament in Texas - the Western National Bank Golf Classic.
