Structural Engineering
The Smith Engineering Structural Team brings a wide perspective and vast knowledge to every project by utilizing each team member's unique background and experience. Led by Derek Boeldt, PE, the structural team has completed an array of projects from the expansion of a planetarium in Midland, TX to the design of a permanent site for La Clinica De Familia, Dental Clinic, in Chaparral, NM to numerous educational facilities for more than 30 school districts throughout New Mexico and West Texas.
Derek approaches work with the outlook "Life is too short to do something you don't love" and this attitude carries over to whole team. Their passion is evident and our clients can see the difference it makes.
